Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy – Solterra

At Solterra, your appointment is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and minimize financial hardship for our aestheticians and therapists, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

Cancellations:

Therapists (RMT, Osteopath, Reflexology): Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.

All other services: Late cancellations will incur a $30 fee and No- Shows will be charged at 50% of the service price.

Missed Appointments & Late Arrivals:

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.

If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time and you will be charged for the full duration of your original booking.

We understand that emergencies may occasionally arise. In such cases, we will review your situation on an individual basis.
